How to start a return
- Email care@ivresse.us with your order number and reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 24–48 hours with next steps.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.
Condition of returns
- Devices should be returned in good condition with all included parts.
- For hygiene reasons, opened skincare/serum products can only be returned if defective.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Damaged or wrong items Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Email us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a free replacement or full refund.
