Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping & delivery: We ship within the United States. Free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after processing. Because each order ships directly to you, delivery may take a little longer than big-box retailers — thank you for your patience with your ritual.
Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number.
Delays: Carrier delays, customs or holidays can add time. If it hasn't arrived in the window, email care@ivresse.us.
Wrong or damaged items: Contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.
