How to start a return

  1. Email care@ivresse.us with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with next steps.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.

Condition of returns

  • Devices should be returned in good condition with all included parts.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened skincare/serum products can only be returned if defective.
  • Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged or wrong items Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Email us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a free replacement or full refund.
