Processing time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

• Orders ship from our US fulfillment center.
• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after processing.
• Free shipping on all orders.

Tracking Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you once your order is on its way.

Delays Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, high demand, or holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please email us at care@ivresse.us and we'll help right away.

Wrong or damaged items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — free of charge.
